“Woodford Glen Speedway presents the
2014 AmPro Tools New Zealand Modified Championship”

After the rain of the past week the weather forecast looks fantastic for this weekend’s AmPro Tools New Zealand Modified Championship. It all starts this Thursday from 2pm with a number of drivers wanting to test their cars before qualifying starts on Friday night.
Local drivers such as Dan Rae and Phillip Allan have yet to hit the track this season in updated cars and will be desperate for some track time. Stratford’s Richard ‘Bunter’ Pierce has indicated he will take advantage of Thursdays shake down meeting. Pierce (a former 1NZ) has been a regular visitor to the Glen over many seasons in both the Modified class and Super Saloon class where he was also a New Zealand champion. 26 entries and just one winner! Pre Sale tickets available at the Woodford Glen Shop or ticket sales on the night from 4pm. Admission prices as per following – Adults $20, Family Passes (2 Adults & up to 4 children 14yrs & under) $40, Seniors $15 and as always under 5 years are free!
Remember Thursday’s meeting starts at 2pm and is just $5 for an adult or senior ticket and only $10 for a family. Classes racing:
Thursday are Modifieds, A-Grades/Saloons, Ministocks & Production Saloons.
Friday night – Modifieds, A-Grades/Saloons, Production Saloons & Ministocks.
Saturday night – Modifieds, Super Saloons, Stockcars, Streetstocks & Production Saloons.
Woodford Glen Shop hours – Open Monday & Tuesday December 30th & 31st from 9am – 1pm and again on Friday & Saturday January 3rd & 4th 9am – midday.
