Invitation / Stockcar Canterbury Championship

The weather finally came right tonight allowing the the Stockcar guys to run their innaugral championship. Several visiting drivers were welcomed to add to the local contingent. Local favourite 44c Peter Ross was looking good on points entering the final heat after 1st and 3rd placings but a DNF in the last heat handed the championship to 6c Andrew MacPherson on 38 points. 841e Matt Boulton could'nt quite match the points haul of MacPhersons finishing second overall on 31 points and only 1 point behind was 10c Adam Hiddleston. The boys were obviously happy as the following pic shows. Well done fella's !
